Joining and billing
- Submit your supplier registration details and continue straight to secure checkout for the one-time USD 50 joining fee.
- Use Pro during your 14-day trial. The joining fee does not pay for a subscription period.
- We email you three days, two days and on the final day before your trial or paid period ends.
- On the final active day, your dashboard shows a pending bill with a Pay button. Pay to continue using Pro after the current period ends.
Your subscription price is shown before payment. Paying the joining fee does not set up automatic subscription collection.
Opening a shop as your main business?
Register directly as a shop owner for a dashboard focused on your products, orders and shop statistics. Pay the one-time USD 50 joining fee immediately after registration, then the shop's revenue share applies to sales. There is no recurring Pro subscription for a direct shop-owner account. Operators and suppliers can still use the shop module within their existing Pro dashboards.
Register as a shop ownerPro never moves a business up the search results: the order is relevance, verification and profile completeness for every supplier. A Pro business can appear in the featured strip above them, labelled as such, when our team has not filled it. You are charged the equivalent in Kenyan shillings at the day's exchange rate, shown before you pay. Subscription renewal requires payment. Your saved business data is retained if the trial or paid period ends.
