Turn your tourism services into business opportunities
Make your vehicles, rooms, guides, activities and specialist services discoverable to tour operators looking for reliable partners across Africa, and let them request what they need directly from your profile.
Every business a trip depends on
Who the Supplier Network is for
A tour operator may have the client, the itinerary and the sale, and still need two more safari vehicles in the Mara, fifteen rooms in Zanzibar, a German-speaking guide in Tanzania or a boat transfer at short notice. The Supplier Network is where they look. If you provide any of these, it is where you should be.

How the Supplier Network works
Step 1
Register your business
Your name, where you are based, and the services you provide. It takes a few minutes and costs nothing.
Step 2
Build your profile
Describe what you do, the countries and destinations you cover, the languages you work in, and add photos of what you actually have: a fleet, a property, a team.
Step 3
Submit for review
Our team checks the profile before it goes live. Documents you upload stay private; operators only ever see the badge a review earns.
Step 4
Receive requests
Operators building a trip find you by category, country and destination, read your profile, and send a structured request with dates, passengers and what they need.
Step 5
Quote and get hired
Reply with a price, what it includes and excludes, and your terms. When the operator accepts, you are attached to their trip and the paperwork follows.
The request, your quote and the operator's acceptance all live on the operator's trip file, beside the purchase order and the voucher they already issue to suppliers. You are not a listing; you become part of how the trip is run.
Built around the questions an operator is asking
What your supplier profile shows
- Who are they?
- Business name, description, years in business, languages.
- Where are they?
- Base country and city, and every country and destination you serve.
- What do they provide?
- Each service you list, with the kinds within it.
- What do they actually have?
- Fleet size, seats, rooms, guest capacity, guides, aircraft: the figures for your category, with photos.
- Can I trust them?
- Badges our team awards after checking your business, services and documents. Never assumed.
- How do I reach them?
- A request from their trip, a message, or your business phone. You decide who sees it.
Say you have twelve vehicles and you can show twelve vehicles. A transport company is asked for its fleet, a lodge for its rooms, a guide for their languages and the parks they know, never the other way round.
Trust that is earned, not assumed
How verification works
No supplier is verified by default, and the network never implies otherwise. Our team reviews every profile before it is published, and awards its badges (business verified, services verified, documents verified) only after checking. Documents you upload are seen by the review team alone; operators see the badge, never the file.
- Business verified: the company is who it says it is
- Services verified: the fleet, property, guides or activities are as described
- Documents verified: licences, insurance and certifications have been reviewed
- Recommended: a higher standard, reserved for suppliers who meet it
