We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We measure how the public site is used ourselves, and share none of it. That measurement records no cookie and no identifier of any kind, so it cannot be traced back to a person. You can switch it off at any time in the cookie banner.
Once you are signed in, we also record which pages of your account area you open and, in thirty-second heartbeats, how long each is in front of you. That record is tied to your account so that we can see which parts of the platform are used and support you on them; it holds no address, device or browser details, it is shared with nobody, it is included in any copy of your data you request, it is deleted after 180 days, and it goes with the rest of your details if you ask us to erase them.
