What listing gives you
Free to list, no cap
Publish as many trips as you like. No tiers, no annual fee, nothing tied to a plan.
See every enquiry before you pay
Dates, party size, budget and what they want are visible for free. Only the contact details are held back.
Pay per enquiry you choose
$10–$25, banded on the value of the trip they asked about, and shown before you commit.
Keep the whole trip value
No commission and no payout queue. The traveller pays us a 10% confirmation fee; you collect the rest directly.

What you can do in the back office
Everything below is a screen that exists. It is in early access and switched on company by company.
Plan and price a trip
One record per trip, holding everything that belongs to it.
- Open a trip file for any trip — one you sold yourself, or one that came through the marketplace
- Add passengers, and service lines across ten types: accommodation, transfers, activities, park fees, flights, vehicles, guides, meals, equipment and other
- Record what each line costs and what it sells for, and watch the trip's margin as you build it
- Cost in a supplier's own currency against a snapshotted exchange rate
- Allocate passengers to the lines they are on, so a rooming list is a query rather than a memory

Quote, invoice and get paid
The paperwork a trip generates, in the order it happens.
- Build a custom itinerary for one traveller and send it as a quote
- Start from a trip you have already sold, instead of a blank form
- Let the traveller read it on their own page with no login, and see when they opened it
- Raise an invoice with line items, discounts and tax
- Record each payment with the payer's own reference, and let the balance follow from the receipts rather than being typed

Issue supplier vouchers
The documents a lodge, a driver and a guest each need — cut from one record.
- Generate a voucher against any service on a trip file, numbered uniquely to your company
- Send it to the supplier, and keep the record of when it went
- Hand the guest a copy carrying no net rate, and the supplier a copy carrying no selling price
- Give a driver or guide the movement only, with no money on it at all
- Amend an issued voucher — it writes a new revision showing what changed, rather than editing history
- Let anyone verify it from a QR or short code with no account, and record a redemption or a no-show
- Generate every voucher for a trip at once, and produce one travel pack for the guest

Keep your suppliers and clients
Your own directories, not a shared marketplace list.
- Build a supplier directory with addresses and several contacts
- Keep your own rates and account numbers — another operator using the same lodge never sees them
- Retire a supplier without erasing them from the trips they were used on
- Keep a client record whether or not that person ever creates an account here, then pick them once on a trip file and let the documents fill themselves in
Why it matters that it is all one place
Benefits of one suite
Type it once
An enquiry becomes a trip file, the trip file becomes a quote, the quote becomes an invoice, and the trip file issues the vouchers. Nothing is retyped between them, so nothing drifts.
One version of every document
An issued voucher cannot be edited, only amended — so the copy in a lodge's filing cabinet and the copy on your screen can never be two documents carrying one number.
Money that adds up
Cost and sell sit on every service line, and an invoice's balance is derived from its receipts. Margin is a fact you can read, not a figure you reconstruct at month end.
Your whole team, properly
Everyone gets their own login and their own role, instead of a company sharing one password. A new agent can run a trip end to end without being able to spend the company's money.
Works for trips we never sent you
Most trips in a trip file will be your own clients, sold your own way. The back office does not care where a trip came from.
Nothing new to buy or install
It is the account you already list with, in a browser, on the phone in your pocket at an airstrip. No separate subscription and no seat licences.
Everyone gets their own role
Team roles
A tour company is not one person and should not be one password. Invite your reservations team, your accountant and your guides, and give each of them what their job needs.
