   Your safari begins with a morning pick-up from your hotel in Nairobi by our professional driver-guide. Depart Nairobi and travel north towards Samburu National Reserve, approximately 345 km away. The journey takes around 6 hours, passing through scenic towns including Karatina, Nanyuki, and Isiolo.

   Arrive at your lodge in time for a hot lunch and some time to relax and refresh.

   Later in the afternoon, embark on your first game drive in Samburu National Reserve, exploring the beautiful landscapes and searching for the area's unique wildlife. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.

   After an early breakfast, prepare for a full day of wildlife exploration in Samburu National Reserve and Buffalo Springs National Reserve.

   These reserves are renowned for their rich wildlife and spectacular semi-arid landscapes. Samburu is particularly famous for the “Samburu Special Five” — the Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, gerenuk, Beisa oryx, and Somali ostrich.

   During your game drive, you may also encounter some of Africa's iconic wildlife, including elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes, and other wildlife.

   Enjoy a picnic lunch during the day before continuing your game drive. Later in the afternoon, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

   After breakfast, check out of your lodge and enjoy a morning game drive as you exit the reserve. This provides one final opportunity to spot wildlife and enjoy the spectacular Samburu scenery.

   Continue your journey back to Nairobi, arriving in the late afternoon or evening. You will then be dropped off at your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward or homebound flight, marking the end of your memorable Samburu safari.
