About AK African Tours and Safaris Ltd.

AK African Tours and Safaris is a locally based East African safari operator specializing in authentic wildlife experiences across Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Rwanda. We design and deliver personalized safari journeys that connect travelers with the landscapes, wildlife, and cultures that define this extraordinary region. Founded by safari enthusiasts who call East Africa home, we operate with a simple philosophy: every traveler deserves a safari that feels personal, meaningful, and expertly crafted. We’re not a faceless booking platform or an overseas agency selling safari packages from a distance. We live where you want to explore. We know the national parks, the seasonal wildlife movements, the trusted lodges, and the guides who bring each destination to life.

AK African Tours & Safaris is a locally owned and fully licensed Kenyan safari operator based in Nairobi. We specialize in tailor-made safaris in Kenya and Tanzania, from short wildlife trips and private Kenya safari packages to longer itineraries covering several parks and reserves. We also arrange Uganda and Rwanda extensions, including gorilla trekking, for travelers who want to combine a Kenya or Tanzania safari with a primate experience. Our team can assist with accommodation, park access, transfers, safari vehicles, guiding and other arrangements included in your itinerary. You can start with an existing safari package or ask us to build a trip around your own dates and requirements.
